M/M Paris are a graphic design duo. I love what they do. They did the Balenciaga campaign a few seasons ago and are now doing creative direction for Interview now that Fabien Baron has left. So creative. They also did this poster for LOVE magazine.

My friend Reed Sacharoff has made this brilliant video to go with one of my favorite music makers right now Circlesquare. All the imagery is created with text. His work will be shown this Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 7pm during the LINK 2009 3 day exhibit at the Great Hall.
Henrik Vibskov is a designer I really like quite a lot. I went to his site the other day and what I love almost as much as the line is the way he shot his pieces. The models all look suspended. The imagery works perfectly with his line. Just great.
My friend sent me my copy of LOVE. The paper is amazing and it feels like a coffee table book and not a magazine at all! A-mazing! Mert & Marcus, David Sims, Bruce Weber, Hedi Slimane and Terry all shot for it. They did an A to Z of everything LOVE loves which was great. I have to say it feels fresh which is so refreshing! Magazines need to be more innovative and rethink how they go about things otherwise why buy them when there is so much online. If they don’t get it together they will be in the same predicament as the newspaper & music business and I have to say there is NOTHING like a beautiful magazine so I would be devastated if they disappeared! I don’t find this a very beautiful image but I love the absence of the people and the sea of shoes left behind.
